Return, Shipping and Exchange policies
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Shoppe Pioneer online order, you may send it back to us for a refund or exchange.
- For online purchases only: Within 14 days for a refund or up to 30 days for store credit. We also accept in-store returns, same policy applies.
- We accept returns on merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Hosiery (tights, leggings, socks), jewelry, vintage, specialty orders, sale items, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’, are final sales.
- We do not offer refund for the original or return shipping costs.
- We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
- Once your items are received, returns will take up to 48 hours to process.
- After processing, refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to be credited back onto your account.
