As we all know, New York Fashion Week sets the tone for what is to come in terms of style for the upcoming year of 2017! This year's NYFW was not only star clad, but filled with new as well as old trends. The contrast of the two completely took over this fall's Fashion Week. In case you hadn't heard, your father's long trench coat from Ralph Lauren, is now a must to complete a stylish yet professional outfit as you're heading out the door. This revived trend was on fire this passed year and will continue to spill over into the cooler seasons! As for newer trends, it has been revealed that nude is the new and improved black. Where one may throw on an entirely black outfit in a pinch, the runway this year showed us how nudes can be thrown together just as easily and effortlessly as our favorite shades of blacks! Below are examples of such styles  and more, spotted at this timeless event!

A touch of Brit could be seen at both  Tommy Hilfiger's, Frame Denim's, as well as Tibi's runway's this fall in NYC. Traditionally the classic Englishman look was typically claimed by Burberry, however in recent seasons this style has been produced by many high end designers!
